- ★14.1 oz (400g) Rice with Rice Barley (cooked)
- ★2 Eggs (scrambled)
- ★1.4 oz (40g) Roast pork (cut into cubes)
- ★1 oz (30g) Shrimp
- 0.4 oz (12g) Fried rice seasoning pastes
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Green onion (chopped, to taste)
Method
1.Sauté the ingredients labeled as ★ in vegetable oil until they are well-separated. Then add the fried rice seasonings to enhance the flavor.
2.Finally, add the chopped green onions and turn off the heat. Once plated, your dish is ready to serve.

- ★7.9 oz (225g) Rice
- ★2.1 oz (60g) Corn

Method
1.Add ★ to the rice cooker and cook the rice.

Rice Barley Shrimp Pilaf(cooking time:10min)

Ingredients (For 2 servings)
- 3.5 oz (100g) Frozen shrimp
- 3.5 oz (100g) Frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- Pepper (a pinch)
- Parsley (a pinch)
- ★10.6 oz (300g) Rice
- ★1.8 oz (50g) Rice Barley
- ★15.2 fl oz (450ml) Water
- ★1.7 fl oz (50ml) White wine
- ★1 cube Bouillon
- ★1/4 teaspoon Salt
- ★1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
Method
1.Thaw the frozen shrimp and frozen mixed vegetables. Wash the parsley and chop it finely.
2.Rinse the rice. Add the ★ ingredients and cook the rice.
3.Coat a frying pan with olive oil and stir-fry the shrimp and mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
4.Mix the sautéed mixture from step 3 into the cooked rice.
5.Serve and top with parsley.
