How it Works:

The Judging:

Aside from noodle recipes that taste delicious, our panel of food experts are looking for recipes that meet the following criteria:

INGREDIENTS: The recipe must contain at least one variety of Hakubaku noodles

NOTE: extra consideration if the recipe uses one of the following varieties:

• Ramen
• Somen
• Cha Soba

COOKING TIME: Not more than 1 hour

COOKING EASE: Nice and Japan-easy

The Prizes:

Grand Prize is an Ultimate Hakubaku Hamper with lots of samples of all of Hakubaku Products and a $50 Voucher to buy fresh produce from your local Supermarket.

There are also up to six quarterly Merit Awards as identified by the judges as being particularly deserving of recognition. A Merit Award is a Hakubaku Sampler – all of the Hakubaku Range for you to try.

The Winner:

Grand Prize winners will be selected on a quarterly basis as of February 2013. Merit Awards will be at the total discretion of the judges to reward recipes which demonstrate a particular area of merit.
