Tanya, Logistics and Administration

Hello and welcome to Hakubaku how can I help?

If you call the Hakubaku office there is a good chance that mine is the first voice that  you will hear. I am the one who usually answers the phone.

It is my job to organise the logistics of everything which comes and goes from the factory. I have been at Hakubaku now for 8 years - since I graduated and I just love the people here. I have a BA majoring in Japanese and psychology and a Diploma in office administration.

I was born in Thailand but moved here to Australia with my family as a teenager. One of my interests is cooking and I love to try new healthy recipes using Hakubaku noodles mixed with traditional Thai cooking.

Along with Akira I get to visit the farmers markets and sell our products directly to people.  I enjoy connecting with local people face to face and discussing the best ways to cook Hakubaku noodles. It makes a change from shipping truckloads of Noodles off to Supermarkest or overseas which is what I normally am doing.

So if you ever call Hakubaku make sure you say G'day!
