Hi my name is Jenny and I am in office administration and help Ryuji with the sales and marketing. I am responsible for hakubaku.com and writing the newsletter which goes out to subscribers.

I began at Hakubaku 11 years ago after studying Office Administration and the Japanese language as part of an Arts degree. I think it would be hard for me to find a job that suited me better!

I enjoy working for Hakubaku, mostly because of the people, they are a great bunch of people to work with everyday. I also really love how everyone here is passionate about the quality of our noodles - I don't think I could ever work somewhere where people just clock in and clock out without caring about what they do.
