Ryuji Nakamura, Marketing and Sales Manager

Hello my name is Ryuji Nakamura. I am the Marketing and Sales Manager for Hakubaku Australia. I come from Hyogo Japan and I studied Farming and Agriculture in Hokkaido. After University I decided that Farming was not the best place for me and went to work for Hitachi Computer Systems. After a while I decided to Travel, took on a number of jobs and most recently spent 12 years as the marketing and Sales Manager for Wairakei International Golf Course in Taupo New Zealand before coming to Hakubaku Australia.

I am very passionate about telling our consumers of our high Quality Noodles and about our commitment to organic production and a healthy Japanese Lifestyle.

I was born Japanese but have lived most of my life away from Japan so I try to marry the best of Japan with the best of Australia lifestyle and bring it to our packaging, promotions and this website!
