Somen is the thinnest of all Japanese noodles (like vermicelli). It is made from organic hard wheat giving a different texture and bite.

Somen is most often served cold in Japan, during the hot summer months it is even served with ice. Somen is usually served with a dipping sauce (rather than in a sauce) or in a Soup.

Cooking Instructions: Boil for 2 minutes

Ingredients: Organic Wheat Flour 98%, Salt 2%, Water.
