Hakubaku means “white wheat” in Japanese and is a household name in Japan.

Hakubaku Co. Ltd, Japan was established in 1941. It mills flour and produces from its six factories a variety of processed foods made from flour, rice and barley. Hakubaku also has a related company in Nagano Prefecture, which produces buckwheat food products.

Hakubaku Japan is a leader in japanese noodle market with annual sales of A$140 million.

Hakubaku continues to explore different ways to improve traditional Japanese foods and develop new ones and has a strong company policy of contributing to society.
