Hakubaku Noodle and duck with Asian Greens |
Ingredients300g Hakubaku Udon Noodles, cooked and stained 1 bunch Assorted Asian Greens 4 Duck legs cooked in duck fat for 3 hours 1 litre Duck stock 50ml Soy sauce 10ml Sesame oil 20ml Balsamic vinegar garlic 1 punnet shitake mushroom | Method 1. Reduce duck stock by 1/2.
2. Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic and sesame oil.
3. Add Asian greens and shitake mushrooms.
4. Heat duck legs in oven until hot and crispy.
5. Remove from oven remove flesh franc bones.
6. Add noodles to pan with greens and mushrooms.
7. Add noodles and serve. |
