Blue Swimmer Crab with Udon Noodles |
Ingredients200g Blue swimmer crab meat 300g Hakubaku Udon Noodles, boiled and stained 1/2 Continental Cucumber, peeled seeded and julienne 1 clove Garlic, crushed 50g Butter Fresh coriander Chopped chives 1/2 leek, cut into julienne | Method 1. Melt butter in pan and gently saute leek and chili and garlic.
2. Add cucumber and crab followed by noodles.
3. Heat gently and serve hot.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander and chopped chives. |
